Lewis Woolcott is delighted to welcome Stephen Banks to the team as the newly appointed, Head of ADR, Contracts & Commercial.
A Chartered Engineer from Durham University with a Master’s in Business Law, Stephen brings with him a wealth of knowledge and international project, contract and engineering experience with almost 30 years’ in the oil & gas, infrastructure, and telecommunications industries.
Having worked on a series of large-scale projects throughout his career, both in Australia and Internationally, he was most recently the Head of Contracts with Origin Energy on the APLNG phase 1 project where he developed the dispute resolution and claim management strategy, providing expert advice and evaluation resources on the project.
Leading the Claim & Commercial team, Stephen will manage and oversee all core in-house expert services to ensure Lewis Woolcott continues to provide a unique and integrated offering to its clients.
