With a career spanning over 25 years, John is one of the leading innovators of the construction industry, pioneering new ways to improve safety, increase productivity and avoid disputes.

Dan is a highly skilled senior executive providing industry leadership and governance with exceptional commercial acumen. He has over 28 years’ experience across road and rail transportation, heavy civils, infrastructure, oil & gas, and mining sectors in Australia, Asia and Europe. Dan’s specialised skill set is based on an ethos of securing best-for-project outcomes through pragmatic, collaborative frameworks, and an affinity to drive results swiftly. Dan has significant experience in dispute avoidance and resolution, negotiating contract awards, operational & business unit management, and has most recently sat on three boards for combined project values over $3.5 Billion.

Graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelors’ degree in Communications, Alex has 8 years’ experience in corporate administration, communications, and human resources, working primarily in the Hospitality and Tourism sectors. Alex also holds a Post Graduate certificate in Human Resource Management.

Matt is a well-versed executive search recruiter and resource management professional with over 13 years’ experience of placing candidates of all levels within the Cost / Project Management, PMO, Risk, Project Controls and Contract, Claims and Disputes industry across the UK, Europe, China, Southeast Asia, North America, Middle East, India, Australia and NZ. Matt began his career in London in 2008 working with within the London PQS sector, both client side and consultancy.  During this time Matt conducted a number of Local and International assignments for several global companies within the Mining & Minerals, Contracts Services and Civil infrastructure sector.

Paul is an internationally experienced commercial manager and dispute resolver. He has successfully resolved conflicts and disagreements arising from complex contractual arrangements on various global infrastructure projects. Paul has worked on a number of prestigious projects including Sydney Metro Linewide, NELP, one of APAC’s leading data centre builder’s, Thames Tideway, HS2 and Crossrail. One of Paul’s key strengths is his ability to simplify complex commercial and quantitative issues, making them easily understandable to a diverse range of audiences.

Brian is a strategic Commercial Manager with solid knowledge of project performance reporting and financial and budgeting processes. A background in Quantity Surveying, Brian brings 15 years’ experience developing and implementing commercial strategies, bolstering contractual savviness of companies and coordinating diverse teams. Working across the construction industry, both in Ireland & Australia, Brian has experience across multiple sectors including oil & gas, major civil infrastructure, utilities and building.

Jesse specialises in forensic planning and dispute resolution with 10+ years’ experience working on major building, infrastructure and resource projects. With several expert appointments and adjudications under his belt, Jesse is an up-and-coming delay expert. With a civil engineering degree and a range of skills including significant expertise in all types of planning software and strong commercial acumen, Jesse is a highly sought-after expert and a valued member of the team.  Jesse is a Member of the Australia Institute of Project Management.

Matt is a Multi Discipline Quantity Surveyor experienced in contract administration, isometric and site measurement, variation control, cost reporting, final accounting, bid preparation, claims support preparation. He is experienced in the performance of intricate analysis for complex matters of quantum and the drafting of subsequent expert witness reports. Matt has served the oil and gas, iron and steel, petrochemical, renewables, and civil engineering sectors in the UK, Europe, Africa and Oceania and is equally capable on capital projects, engineering maintenance and shutdowns. He holds Membership status with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has NEC, FIDIC, NZ Standard and bespoke contract experience.

With over 25 years’ experience in the heavy industry and construction sector, Martin is a highly skilled resource planner and qualified P6 user/administrator. Martin’s expertise includes planning and scheduling, forensic delay analysis, document control, database design, estimating assistance, and P6 administration.  Other commercial interests include systems development, science, and technology.

Fiona has enjoyed a diverse career with experience in the fields of construction, commercial and contract management, project management, engineering education, natural gas, industrial waste and geotechnical engineering. She continues to apply her multifaceted experience to commercial management building and construction. 

Reece has over 10 years’ experience as an innovative dynamic professional in both commercial and contract domains, working across Australia and the United Kingdom as a Quantity Surveyor. Recce’s background demonstrates his ability to develop and implement systems and strategies for commercial management, effectively coordinate and collaborate on multiple projects and manage multi- dimensional and highly profitable operations.

Jason is a tertiary qualified professional with 25+ years’ experience in commercial and contracts management having worked for top tier construction, engineering and consulting companies in both Australia and the UK. Primary experience has been gained working on multimillion dollar projects under different commercial and contractual pressures, displaying consistent results in the ability to reduce costs, mitigate risk and maximise revenue. Vast experience and management in tendering, execution and delivery demonstrates a highly capable and competent construction professional, which can be applied to any situation with a solid base in project management, commercial, financial, legal and technical aspects of civil engineering and construction.

Muhammad is an accomplished and seasoned Civil Engineer, specialising in Project Management tools and techniques. Muhammad has over 12 years’ experience in Construction Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Controls, Forensic Delay Analysis, Earned Value Management, Quantum Claims and providing Expert Advice on costs (in disputes and arbitrations) for High Rise Towers, Residential Buildings, Airports, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas Projects.

Ben is a senior leader with 20 years’ experience in Negotiation, Contracts & Category Management, Strategic Procurement and Workforce Planning.  Ben’s roles have included Regional, State and General Manager appointments in some of Australia’s largest sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, HR & Resourcing, Construction, Government and Trades & Industrial.

Darcy is a contracts administrator with 8 years’ experience in commercial construction, working on a series of projects in the Resources (mining and rail), Health, Education, Retail, and Local Government sectors. Graduating with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics degree from Curtin University, Darcy exemplifies a strong understanding of finance and planning, specialising in procurement of subcontractors and assessment of claims.

Ben has over 16 years’ experience in heavy engineering, marine, oil & gas, construction & infrastructure across both private and government sectors. He has performed roles in and has expertise with end to end contract management, strategic procurement, category management, tactical contract formulation, drafting & negotiations, project management and claim management.

With 17 years navigating diverse sectors like commercial, engineering, marine, and mining, Wikus is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a talent for active contract management, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement. He leverages data analysis to deliver optimal project outcomes. Wikus boasts a proven track record in project controls, procurement, estimating, and cost control, with strong technical expertise across various disciplines and lifecycles. Whether navigating complex contracts, claims, or diverse construction methods, Wikus’ depth of knowledge ensures he thrives in any project environment.

Degree qualified Civil Engineer based in Sydney with 13 years of experience in civils, infrastructure and building construction in Middle East, Asia and Australia. Expertise include Civil Engineering, Project Coordination, Construction and Commercial Management. Implemented project management principles, on projects which were managed by the likes of Parsons, Aecom, Bechtel and Flour, and consistently delivered results while working in multicultural environment in Australia, Middle East and Asia.

Jonathan is an analytically driven Quantity Surveyor and Cost Manager with over 8 years of experience delivering cost control and contract management for diverse projects in the construction industry. Jonathan has a proven track record of navigating challenges and exploring commercial opportunities to advise management and drive business growth and has a demonstrated history of managing all aspects of quantity surveying, including estimation, cost and contractual claims.  Jonathan possesses excellent skills to identify and leverage risks and opportunities to minimise project costs and enhance value.

Matt is a Contracts Administrator with 10 years of experience working in Commercial Construction in Perth and Adelaide, working in education, multi storey apartments, retail, aged care and mixed use development projects. Graduated with a Construction Management and Economics (Honours) Degree from the University of South Australia. Matt has strong communication and teamwork skills along with strong technical skills of cost planning and forecasting along with Subcontractor Management and procurement.

Kane is a Contracts Administrator with 4 years’ experience over a variety of construction sectors, include Age Care, Defence, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Retail. Completing a Bachelor of Construction Management, and with a broad range of commercial exposure, Kane has developed expertise in claim management, commercial planning, cost engineering, and financial analysis. 

Having worked in Construction and Infrastructure, Workplace and Employment and Litigation and Dispute Resolution practices, Dominic has advised both individual and corporate clients across a wide range of industries including resources and energy companies, property developers, financial institutions, and professional services firms. He has assisted on projects, contract drafting, contract administration and interpretation as well as the construction aspects of significant major projects and infrastructure in various Australian states and territories. Dominic has a bachelor’s in law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology.

A Contracts Manager with experience navigating both the upstream and downstream complexities of the procurement and delivery process within the power, water and transportation sectors. Proven organisation, research and analytical skills utilised to resolve issues and implement lasting solutions. Possessing excellent attention to detail and written skills, employed for successful departures and drafting as well as for negotiations and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Amanda is a motivated Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager who thrives in a fast-paced multi-project environment with a strong career history across the civil construction industry. Amanda holds qualifications in business, finance and construction, and demonstrates a proven track record delivering high level support across diverse large-scale projects. Her key competencies include site and contracts administration, document control, financial management, purchasing and procurement and quality assurance. Amanda fosters collaborative work relationships and has excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

James is a Contract Administrator with 3 years’ experience in the Construction and Mining industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology. James has experience in procurement, drafting and managing contracts, claims management and commercial negotiations. James has assisted on various projects across the Civil Infrastructure and Mining sectors gaining a broad range of commercial exposure. 

Jessica is a results driven Quantity Surveyor with a total of 7 years’ experience working in the construction industry. Jessica has invaluable experience working on Europe’s largest mega-project, High Speed Rail 2, with a proven track record of successful commercial management of gas pipeline projects. Jessica is experienced in managing high-value contracts and fostering strong relationships across a multitude of stakeholders

Ellie is a Contract Administrator with 4 years’ experience predominantly in civil and infrastructure sectors. Ellie holds a Masters degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Newcastle University. Ellie is competent in procurement, subcontract management, claim submission, contract drafting and cost management under a number of different contract types.

Milton is a project engineer professional with over 11 years’ experience in the building, energy and mining sectors. He is highly proficient in project planning and control, management control and contracts. Milton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, as well as a Diploma in Project Management.  

Sharoz is a Contracts Administrator with over 7 years’ experience in major Oil & Gas sector projects in the Middle East. In his experience, Sharoz has been associated with both pre and post award contracts administration and subcontracts management of EPC Projects.  Having completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sharoz also holds a certificate of Project Management Professional.

Fransisca is an Industrial engineer with scheduling, planning and negotiation skills acquired with emphasis on areas of procurement, supply, and project management.

Tess is currently a first year Engineering Honours student at the University of Queensland and holds a Diploma of Business.  Demonstrating a strong understanding of office administration, Tess is knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office competencies, as well skills such as inventory control, end-of-day processing and customer complaint handling, which she has gained working in customer service.

Chloe is a dedicated administrative professional with over seven years progressive experience in document control and processing systems. Detail-orientated and well-versed in systems, Chloe has experience in leadership roles, collaborating with key stakeholders, time management and working within a group or individually.

Extensive experience within the engineering, transport infrastructure, resource and defence sectors, Richard has held various management level positions across design, construction, project management, operations, and maintenance disciplines. He has demonstrated expertise in the strategic selection and development of projects under varied delivery models and supports Lewis Woolcott’s Business Development activities.
